The  aim of the QAC Internal Multi Crew Cooperation Instructor Training course  (MCCI) is to qualify Instructors meeting the requirement to deliver MCC  Training in theoretical knowledge and synthetic flight instructions. Prior to  beginning the MCCI course, the Instructor candidates must meet PART FC.925  MCCI requirements which is to hold or have held a professional pilot licence  issued by the State of Qatar or a non QCAR-FCL professional licence  acceptable to Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, and should have at least 1500  hours flying experience as a Pilot on Multi-pilot aero planes.

MCCI teaches MCC course students optimum decision making, communication,  diversion of tasks and the use of checklists, mutual supervision, teamwork  and support throughout all the stages of flight under any conditions.
