Qatar Aeronautical Academy celebrated the graduation of 105 students (52 Qataris) in the academic year 2016/2017 in all the majors: Air Traffic Control, Meteorology, Airport Operation Management, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Pilot Training Division and Security & Immigration).
On this occasion, HE Minister of Transport and Communications delivered a speech in which he said: “The achievements of the aviation sector undoubtedly put Qatar in the front line in this field. Hamad International Airport, which won the Skytrax International Award as the best airport in the Middle East for the third year in a row, and Qatar Airways, which recently won the Airline of the Year Award for 2017, are vital projects that are the nucleus of a thriving and advanced aviation industry in our country.”
HE Sheikh Jabor Bin Hamad Al Thani, Director General of Qatar Aeronautical Academy, said: “This ceremony is the result of a great effort and a long journey for our dear students. Thanks to God, we are proud and proud to celebrate the graduation of a new batch of students. They spent days and months awaiting this day to come.
