Doha-Qatar 08/02/2018 Qatar Aeronautical Academy, a full member of the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Programme, recently hosted a session of ICAO Training Instructor course from 04 to 08 February 2018 in Doha-Qatar for 11 participants from Hamad International Airport and Qatar Aeronautical College. The course was delivered by ICAO instructor Captain Mostafa Hoummady, who was the former manager of the ICAO Global Aviation Training Office until 2015 and is currently the President of the Canadian Aviation Consulting Group.

The ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Training Instructor Course (TIC) is a two-part course that enables participants to methodically conduct training courses in accordance with ICAO Instructor Competency Framework and develop the required training strategies for course delivery.

The certification distribution ceremony was conducted on 08 February 2018. The instructors can now deliver ICAO’s Standardized Training Packages, based on the TRAINAIR PLUS methodology, as well as conventional courses.
