How to Apply and Enroll in Qatar Aeronautical Academy Programs​

The Admissions and Registration Department at Qatar Aeronautical Academy serves as the starting point for an educational journey rich with opportunities and challenges. It acts as the bridge linking personal aspirations with future professional opportunities in the aviation industry. The department is dedicated to facilitating students' enrollment in the Academy's programs by providing them with all the necessary admission requirements and procedures to ensure the timely submission of accurate documentation.

Admission Requirements

• Admission requirements:

  • Copy of ID card & Passport.
  • Copy of Guardian ID or Passport.
  • 4 Passport size photos (blue background).
  • QR 300 (for registration & placement test) – nonrefundable.

  • Stu​dents in Qatar:
    • The applicant must have obtained a high school or its equivalent, with the required minimum grade of 60% according to the program they are applying to.
    • Final-year students who are expected to graduate in the same year of application are allowed to apply for admission, provided that they submit proof of graduation by the specified deadline, in addition to submitting the first semester certificate.
    • International students:
      • A copy of the transitional stage certificates (6th, 9th, and 12th grades) certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Qatari Embassy in the student's home country to start the student visa process.
      • Attach Police clearance certificate, certified and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Qatari Embassy in the student's home country.
      • Pass the interview.
    • Note:
      
      Applicants need to submit their documents in person at the Admission and Registration Department in QAA.
      Applicants will be provided with two letters (Request for a Police clearance certificate / Medical Examination based on specialization).
      Each applicant is allowed to submit only one application for admission to the academy, and repeated applications for more than one program will not be considered.
      Applicants must be aware of the dress code regulations for students in academic programs.
