This is an ICAO standard training package. The course is designed to provide airside safety operators with necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively apply standard radio communication procedures/phraseology and adhere to markings / signage in accordance with national and international standards when operating on the airside. It consists of two modules, which include theory and practical training. 1. Airside Markings and Signages 2.Radio Telephony Procedures. On successful completion of the course, the participant will be equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively apply standard radio communication procedures/phraseology and adhere to markings / signage in accordance with national and international standards when operating on the airside.
