This is a multipart application requiring accurate and verifiable information. The Form has the following sections;

1. Applicant's Personal Information
2. Applicant's Contact Information
3. Educational Information
4. Parent / Guardian Contact Information
5. Other Information - Supporting Documents, Candidate shall upload
   A passport size Photo (.jpg, .jpeg, .png formats only)
   scanned copies of Passport (pdf format only)
   & MarkSheet (pdf format only)

Note that all fields are mandatory. It is highly encouraged to prepare the above information and then proceed with the application.
